Spoon carved from a radially cleft piece of Birch collected just outside of Bath, Somerset.
The nature of the split wood means the growth rings appear as straight lines running down the length of the spoon.
Slight spalting giving the piece a richness in colour, the spoon has been finished with hempseed oil.
